• Some signs the liver needs love and may not be functioning at its highest potential include: Skin issues like acne, rashes, eczema, psoriasis, hives, itchy dry spots, hyper-pigmentation

strengthen and cleanse it. • The primary function of the lymphatic system is to transport lymph, a fluid containing infection-fighting white blood cells, throughout the body. By
keeping your lymphatic system in check, it helps to maintain healthy liver functions to rid your body of unwanted toxins.

• Blue vervain-Verbaena hastata-V offifinalis- For nervousness caused by liver congestion and anger. It helps to relaxes nerves and combat anxiety. Blue Vervain aids in relieving liver
congestion associated with illness, the digestive system and the absorption of food.

• Oregon grape root- Mahonia (Berberis) aquifolium –As a Blood Purifier it promotes the flow and discharge of bile in the intestines increasing liver health, while it cleans and stimulates
the liver, gallbladder and spleen. Another great herb for lymphatic cleansing.

• Dandelion Root—A prized Digestive Bitter it aids sluggish digestion or any general issues of the liver. It stimulates bile production and is hepatoprotective.

• Self heal- Prunella vulgaris—‘Cools liver fire’, cleanses the blood by helping to draw out heavy metals. Supports kidney and liver function and is tissue protective.

• Red Clover-Trifolium pretense- As a blood purifier, it purges lymphatic congestion, enhancing detoxification.

• Yellow Dock- Liver supporting Herb. One of the best herbs for the entire digestive system including the liver and gallbladder. It is a good choice for liver and skin congestion and opens
pathways to improve the detoxification process. It sweeps the body of impurities, and supports the lymphatic system. When combined with Burdock and Red Clover, it helps clear
eruptive skin conditions related to Liver problems.

• Mullein-Verbascum Thapsus-As mucilage herb, it contains soothing substances, taken internally to protect damaged or inflamed tissue and usually added to Nervine’s and diuretics.
Anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, emollient, good for long-term use, strengthens respiratory system, tones mucous membranes.

• Lobelia-lobelia inflate— Clears lymphatic congestion. Many old-time herbalist added small amounts as a catalyst, to enhance other herbs. (Regarded as safe when used in small doses as
part of a formula).

How to use:
Take it daily as a Liver support tonic for your whole digestive system. Start with a few drops under the tongue or in a drink and wait 5-10 minutes before using more. Start slow and work your way up to the dosage that works best for you. Use up to a dropperful,( ½ teaspoon) hold under tongue for 30 seconds for quickest response. FYI: As with any herbs, it is best to skip a day, at least once a week!
Take 30 - 60 drops (1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon) up to 3 times a day, directly under the tongue or in little water or tea.
