Handmade Sleep Assist synergetic tincture includes herbs that are sleep aids. Nervines are known to calm the anxious mind and counter sleeplessness. This includes California Poppy, Chamomile, Hops flower, Passionflower, Skullcap, Blue Vervain, and Valerian Root.
The herbs I've chosen for these formulas may help to calm and relax the overactive mind during times of sleeplessness, emotional tension or when feeling overwhelmed.
Valerian Root may cause some people to have an opposite reaction so I offer a Non-Valerian formula as well, to target your specific needs.
