May be helpful and to assist with the following:
Ginger and turmeric are two of the most extensively studied ingredients in herbal medicine.
Interestingly, both have been used for centuries to treat a variety of ailments, ranging from migraines to chronic inflammation and fatigue.
Both have also been used to help relieve pain, decrease nausea, and enhance immune function.
Chronic inflammation is thought to play a central role in the development of conditions. It can also worsen symptoms associated with autoimmune conditions, such as arthritis
Ginger and turmeric may help decrease pain.
Caution: Contraindicated for use with Blood Thinners. Ginger may decrease blood clotting and blood sugar levels.
In high doses, turmeric can cause side effects like rashes, headaches, and diarrhea.
Please note that all bodies may respond to herbs a bit differently and your individual constitution may be different!
